RAM's New Home

On March 26th, 2018, the day we have been waiting for arrived. We moved in! We are anxious to welcome you to our new office located at 125 E. Hwy 61. If you are in the neighborhood, please stop by and let us give you a tour!

Building Specs

With the capable assistance of DSGW Architects in Duluth, MN, RAM has crafted a U-shaped floor plan consisting of approximately 25,000 square feet on two floors. Ray Riihiluoma Construction from Cloquet, MN was chosen as the general contractor.

The main level is approximately 22,000 square feet features a prominent front entrance and signage. A large reception area and our board room are inside the front entrance. Our primary employee entrance is on the west side of the building, near the employee parking lot. Additional parking is available in front of and on the east side of the building. All 10 RAM departments are housed on this level, and each area has some built-in expansion opportunities. Other features include a large multi-function conference room, two smaller conference meeting rooms, a technology training center, and two employee break areas.

The lower level is a partial basement of approximately 3,000 square feet and houses our building mechanicals, provides for some additional storage, provides some space for additional future offices, and serves as a safety area in the event of inclement weather.
